The Pierre Jeanneret Armless box chair was designed for the Punjab Secretariat Administration 1960s Chandigarh, India. The chair uses a gently contoured backrest to deliver comfort and features a handwoven rattan cane-work seat with a unique double-leg assembly - offering a more angular look.
Both legs are joined by two rails provide extra support. The Pierre Jeanneret Armless Box Chair is also available with armrests - The Box Chair - and is suitable for intimate dining settings in groups of four or six, in a home study, or a modern office.
